Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, modern, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, and the entire property was well maintained. The location is also excellent, with easy access right off the interstate while still being close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. I was especially happy with the great value I received for the price. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the Milwaukee area!

Very unhappy with this stay! Check in was easy but stuff was very lax an didn't seem to care much. We wanted to him the pool was completely locked but had nothing wrong with it. They did not serve any breakfast at all, the area where you could buy food was completely empty an the halls in the way to the room all smelt like some sort of musty smell! Very unpleased for being a marriot member!

The room was overall very clean and the bed was comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. The only reason I didn’t give it four stars is because the fitted sheet was a bit too small for the mattress, so I had to keep tucking it back in during the night. Aside from that small issue, everything else was great, and I would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Upon arriving, I discovered the bathtub wouldn’t drain and ended up unclogging it myself, pulling out a large amount of hair and debris. I requested housekeeping afterward, but no one came. When I asked again the next day, the room appeared to have only been superficially cleaned—used towels were simply folded and put back rather than replaced. The room had no microwave, only a mini fridge. The only microwave available was in a small room near the elevator next to an ice machine that wasn’t working. The property itself felt poorly maintained. I noticed what appeared to be black mold near the indoor pool and duct tape on one of the side entrance doors. For the price paid, I expected much better cleanliness and upkeep. The only positive was the front desk staff, especially Ethan and Hasan, who were professional, kind, and apologetic throughout my stay. They were the highlight of an otherwise disappointing experience.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Loved the decor. The bathroom is a bit small but I’ve seen worse. Service wasn’t so good. I asked for feather pillows and had to call back 2 hours later to get them. Housekeeping was awful. I think the only thing they did the first day was kinda make my bed (very sloppy, see pics. It looked like that when I walked into the room) and empty the garbage. Didn’t replace towels on the floor or replace coffee cups. On the second day there was NO housekeeping service performed at all. Arrived back in my room at 6 pm with nothing refreshed. Hallways seem not to be air conditioned. Always hot and humid. My room door was very hard to open. Also only one of the ice machines on all floors was barely working. The others were all broken.
