We worked primarily with Stacy, but literally everyone we had contact with at Schramka was kind and thoughtful. Stacy was very attentive, patient and accommodating to our specific needs. We are very grateful for the support we received during this very difficult time.
My daughter passed away Sept 3rd 2025 . My sister being the Administrative Assistant suggested Schramka funeral home for our end of life needs. From the moment I walked thru your doors I was greeted by Amber Wallermann and Stacy, right away I knew I was in good hands . Stacy took the time to make me feel at ease . She also explained everything to us . I would have been lost without her and I am so very thankful for her , frankly I was a mess at the time, but Stacy assured me and informed me of all my options . I don't know Stacy but I will always remember her for her honesty and kindness towards me and my family . I also want to thank her personally for all of her hard work. Samantha did a fantastic job when both of my parents passed away in a relatively short time. Samantha helped with a combined funeral for both parents on the same day. Her thoughtfulness, her compassion, her kindness meant more to me, in this very difficult time, then she will ever know. Several times she stated that she "had my back" and she truly did. The funeral was beautiful. Schramka took care of putting out all the picture boards, framed pictures and memories. The flowers were impeccable. I truly can not think of one thing that was overlooked. Plus, Samantha gave the best hugs when they were needed most. Also, the fingerprints we left on the caskets for mom and dad...I'll never forget that. Thanks Schramka and special thanks to Samantha.
Samantha, the funeral director, was fabulous to work with. From the personal phone call the night of my Mom’s death, to the one on one meeting the next day and the conversations that continued throughout, her professional and caring attitude was above and beyond expectations. Thank you for your help and the outstanding hugs. You were fantastic!
When my mother-in-law passed away unexpectedly we were lost as to what the next steps were for cremation and funeral arrangements. We met with our funeral director, Samantha, at Schramka (Thiensville) and she immediately showed us so much compassion and care. She made the planning so easy and we never felt like she was giving us a sales pitch. She truly cared about honoring our loved one in the best way we could. She catered to our requests and talked us through the things we weren’t quite sure about. Every step of the process was perfect. We had a beautiful service and people still keep telling us how wonderful the funeral and funeral home were. My family could not thank Samantha and Schramka enough for all they have done for us. We will be back soon for pre-planning arrangements too.
