Got a sandwich this evening and it tasted like it had been rolling around in an ashtray shortly before being sold. The bread itself smelled most strongly as if someone was smoking a cigarette while preparing it. Logically I can only assume an unloved cigarette smokers hand either prepared it or prepared the bread either way it’s pretty disgusting.

The staff is exceptional and the food is a delicious! The team members are so kind and friendly, and even helped accommodate an order error caused on my end. The sandwich was so good I scarfed it down in record time. Thank you to an awesome team for a delicious lunch!!

Great sandwich, I ordered the Avo Turkey, I was a little disappointed they forgot to put the avocado on it. The sandwich was still delicious and I'd definitely go back!!! I was there during a busy lunch hour and everyone working was very friendly and the line moved fast!!

On a scale of (1-5) Cleanliness: 5 (Clean Restaurant and Fun Theme) Service: 5 (Staff was friendly and helpful) Food: 4.5 (Subs are good and taste fresh, Multigrain bread is very dense, Oreo shake stands out and as one the best any chain offers) Value: 3.5 (Slightly above average value compared with sub price points from other chains, free hot peppers)
