Customer service was horrible! Procedures for buying don't make sense. I came in to leave my stuff 8 o'clock, Saturday. They wouldn't take it or look at it or let me leave it until they reopen monday when they can give me an offer. She told me to come back monday morning.That's when I can leave.It's, and then they 24 hrs to give me an offer. Instead of just letting me leave it tonight since I was here and told her I was fine, waiting until monday anytime for an offer
I have been going here for years and I have to say the past 3-5 years has really gone down hill. Clothing pricing is ridiculously high for “used” items just because they have a popular brand name. This is a second hand store and from my experience you offer very little for those buys. The past 4 times I have brought in a tote full of new items (with tags), some gently used items (talking worn once) “name brand” (carters, Nike, hello kitty, Disney etc) and each time they have handed me back my nearly entire full tote of clothes - tagged items included. Meanwhile going around shopping and there are outdated, ripped, stained, worn out clothes that no one is going to buy. I understand if you can’t sell some of the stores current items - probably because they need to be discarded/donated. Instead might be a wise decision to accept more buys from customers to replace some of the items that have been on the shelves for months and will not sell. I mean I literally still had tagged items that are currently in the major retail store TODAY that weren’t even accepted. I think the buy policy needs to be reevaluated or maybe the individual(s) in charge of accepting the items need to be replaced. I will try the greenfield location as they tend to accept MANY more items. Severely disappointment not only with the buy process but with the quality of items you do have in the store. Just does not make sense.
Absolutely love this store! Well organized and sooooo many clothes! Which is why, people, of course they are going to be picky in what they buy from you- look at how many clothes they have!!! I also appreciate that they don't take Shein. I've sold to them twice, once they took a good chunk and the other time was a smaller amount, but that's fine because it was all clothes that were to be donated anyway.
Great store. Lots of deals and plenty of variety of clothes for girls or boys. The name brand items are great quality. A big plus is that the store buys you child's used items and gives you store credit or cash(your choosing). Stagg is very friendly and store is pretty organized by size, gender, and color.
