Drove 75mi for a RESERVED room and get to the motel and they say that they’ve been overbooked all summer. The right thing was to do was call customers to let them know there was no vacancy. So rude!

Stayed here for a few months to say the least not the best experience. Fire alarms going off in the entire building in the middle of the night with no staff on site. No house keeping entire duration of my stay even though they said they would. Worst of all they stole 3k from me because the front desk worker didn't do their job correctly. Tried resolving it only to be put on hold for over an hour and it was obvious that she forgot about me. Since I hung up and called again for her to answer right away. Once I got a manager "rae" I was told that she was going to review it and call me back in a few days she never did. Spent days trying to reach a manager only for her to do that.

This place is great. The staff is super friendly and especially accommodating. They will laugh with each other loud and sing down the halls. They greet locals/frequent guests by name and I just think that’s lovely. I had to stop here on an emergency trip and changed plans several times. Special shout-out to Trisha for doing everything she could to make it easy on me and my little travel buddy despite our weird situation. It is also central to plenty of food and shopping options, the city, and the burbs. Highly recommend if you need to be in the area, especially if traveling with pets.
