Super disappointed in this store. The store front is very junkie and poorly stocked, staff unfriendly didn’t say hi or anything when walked in or out just sat at the counter with head phones in. Googled a stroller they were selling for $26 found same exact stroller at meijers for $28 so what’s even the point if you anre only knocking a dollar or two off original price (this is the same for the diapers too) Over all disappointed. Unfollowed their Facebook pages and surly will never waste my time going back. If I could give zero stars I would.

We absolutely love the sand box we purchased and such a great price for an item you can still find today in a big box store. I wanted to update my original review because this company really stepped up and made things right. I was initially bummed with an umbrella stand I purchased because the product inside the box looked very different from what was pictured on the packaging. After speaking with customer service, it seems likely that the item may have been swapped out and returned by a previous customer in the wrong box before arriving at their location, rather than the packaging being inaccurate. I’m happy to say their customer service was wonderful to work with. They quickly reached out and were understanding of the situation, and issued me a refund without any hassle. I truly appreciate a company that taked customers concerns seriously. I also want to give a shout-out to the employee who helped carry the umbrella stand out to my car. That small act of kindness didn’t go unnoticed and was greatly appreciated! While the product I received wasn’t what I expected, the way the team handled the situation completely changed my experience. Mistakes happen, and what matters most is how a business responds. Thank you for making things right and providing such great customer service!

Love shopping here! The store always has new finds, amazing prices, and such a calming atmosphere. It’s a great affordable alternative to big box stores, and you never know what hidden gems you’ll find. The staff is always kind, and the layouts make shopping really enjoyable. Definitely worth checking out!

EDIT FOR RESPONSE Hi Beth! Thanks for your reply. I knew it was coming. You literally prove everyone's points by your continued unhinged replies to legitimate reviews. Everyone isn't lying or out to get you. There are some concerns that you didn't address properly -- unless you think posting screenshots of Google reviews in your social media for your fans to defend you is good business. I'm not sure how posting my personal experiences with your store is bullying. Everything I have said is true. PS For the record I have no idea who Mario (that posted the original review about the Shark vac) is. I tried having a "productive conversation" with you on Facebook when you posted the screenshot on your page, but you repeatedly defended the price point and your rude response to that review. You then blocked me, as I stated. Also, It wasn't originally listed as a charity auction, it was in the post about Cyber Monday deals. As I also mentioned i have chosen not to shop with you. ✌️ -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The "deals" are constantly changing so you never really know what anything is going to be priced. It used to be dependent on the day of the week, but that never included everything. Eventually it landed on something like 30-50% off retail, which is insane considering you're buying used/returned/discontinued/damaged products. But whatever, I just don't shop there anymore. The owner is also extremely sensitive. Any comment online that isn't pumping her up for being the savior of families looking for a deal gets harassed by her fans and eventually deleted. She literally screenshot a previous 1 star review and wrote a paragraph on her business page about how bad that woman was and how upset it made her considering everything she does is for us and shouldn't be questioned. Ironically the reviewer was correct that L4L was using old photos of products to justify her over-pricing. The returned (and potentially used & damaged) robot vac she is trying to sell in a Cyber Monday Sale for $500 is on sale brand new in several places for $499. She didn't like being called on it and decided to block me and others who questioned her logic. If you're ok buying pallet items blindly at a bit of a discount go for it but do yourself a favor and double check the actual going rates for new products first.

In comparison to similar stores with similar models, it's much more organized here. The only downside is that they don't accept cash. Other than that, it's a really nice setup. We decided to check them out on $1 day; Surprised to say, we actually found some nice products still available, within an hour of closing time. We were able to find A new day 5 piece ring set, Tabitha Brown Acrylic cup, compostable bags, glow in the dark fidget spinner and a Threshold dinner bowl. Only $1 each- What a deal!!!! The employee working the register was extremely kind and polite to everyone that entered too. Awesome place!
