😞💔My auntie was laid to rest here.. and after we had our repass and family meal at the family center. As far as the wait staff goes they were excellent at executing direction and service to our family members. ☝🏾😳 But there was one particular lady that I won't give any more description than that, that came across quite pushy and rude especially to people who are in mourning, tired, and full of emotion. But... last but not least very hungry....that you can speak to us with just a little bit less candor and more sensitivity....(but I digress). Because again the other wait staff... definitely stood out clearly from this young lady and handled themselves and our family almost as if they were compassionate family...🎯✊🏾🙏🏾 Great job guys. Hopefully some of what you guys clearly understand can rub off on that young lady...SMH. 👎🏾

Very nice location. Scott Bell did a great job taking care details and proceed over the memorial. The lunch was very good.

We held my mother's funeral here. We also held my grandmother's funeral here in January 2009. I truly did not remember the space. There is ample parking in front and to the east side of the building. Anyway, as the immediate family, we arrived before visitation began and worked with the staff on site to get picture boards up on easels, reposition floral arrangements and get a quick look at the reception space. There were plenty of tables to use for anything a family would want to display. I did not visit the bathroom, and don't recall what it was like during grandma's funeral. In the Chapel, there was plenty of space for funeral attendees to come through and either sit and visit in the pews provided, or remain standing and mingle, without creating a bottleneck at the entrance. Just inside the Chapel space, there is a space to put a guest book, those death cards about the deceased, and a card box for guests to drop in sympathy cards. There is a space for a table up front in the Chapel. It isn't an altar, it is a table. There was plenty of space for mom's urn, urn wreath, baby picture, adult picture, and 2 floral arrangements. There was also ample space for two additional floral arrangements just to either side of the table. The facility has a radio system. Per mom's request, she had a playlist of about 2 dozen of her favorite songs she wanted played. Nice quality. There is a lectern upfront. We did not use a microphone, but the clergy leading the service had no trouble speaking to the whole crowd. I found the lectern comfortable to stand behind while giving the eulogy. It helped to have something to hold on to. I don't mind public speaking, but giving a eulogy for a beloved parent is a terribly difficult thing to do. After the service, the crowd migrated over to the reception space, where we had a brunch as mom requested. The space itself is fairly large- we ended up using about half of it. The food wasn't bad. It didn't knock my socks off, but it was certainly edible. The catering team did a really nice job with the fruit salad in particular. My spouse said the French Toast was pretty good, as were the bacon and sausages. I enjoyed the scrambled egg mix- it was loaded with veggies. Spouse said the pastry assortment was pretty good. Dad did not want a beverage package, so we stuck with the coffee/tea/water offered by default. The water was nicely chilled. I didn't try the coffee, but didn't hear any complaints from those who had a cup. The staff was lovely to work with and packed everything up so we could load up the cars. We could have cut our food estimate down by 25%, but didn't want to be short on items.
