Disappointed in the selling of items option. I came in with brand new items ( for the next season) with tags still attached along with new names brand shoes and was told “oh your items have too much wear showing and aren’t named brand or current fashion so we aren’t taking anything”. When did Nike go out of style? They didn’t even open every container to see what was in there. They just took 5 minutes to look through 1. Another person came in after us and they were told the exact same thing. I’ll be trying somewhere else I guess because this was disappointing to say the least.

The manager is an angel. A really excellent representative in how to be a loyal and respectful employee while also being a really kind and decent individual. Cannot stress enough how appreciative I am for her help in store. Shoppers please be advised: shoes and other non-clothing items cannot be returned. Store gets a 6/10 for this policy but a 20/10 for employing the manager who I (rudely) spoke to today. Many apologies and endless gratitude. She was uncommonly kind.

Not a fan. Most of the clothing are very old and outdated and there is nothing trendy about it. Sure, they have some bags but only if you’re willing to spend 100+ on a used, beat up, old bag. When i went to go sell a beautiful pair of Betsey Johnson heels that were very popular and only wore once the lady at the front told me i wouldn’t even get $10 for shoes i purchased for $120. Then after that conversation she proceeded to talk about me to her coworker. Clothes Mentor needs better employees, better attitudes, and overall better management as i believe the woman who took care of me was a manager. She was older, glasses, shorter hair, short, and horrible fashion sense. Look out!

Great selection of purses/totes and hand bags. I had trouble deciding between 2 options for a work bag. Grace was very patient and personable. She took the time to help me make a final decision and even offered a measuring tape so I could check if my laptop would fit in the bag. Thank you Grace! I will stop in again when I am in the area.

My wife and I were in town visiting her folks for Easter. We came in and were greeted right away by a very friendly group of ladies behind the counter. My wife loved the selection and prices! It was a womens clothing store so there wasn't much for me, but my wife sure loved it. They had a big sale going so my wife was hooked! It's on the list for the next time we come into town.
