This place has went from a great mall to an empty building in just a couple years. The cleaning crew that is still there brings their dogs in to roam the mall. Bathrooms had no toilet paper. Anchor stores are still thriving otherwise nothing else is there.

Incredibly deserted, desolate, and lifeless mall with 90% + of the shops closed, out of business, or demolished. The food court signs point you to the center of the mall with no food court to be found. The mall is sluggish, sleepy, and serves as a glorified walking track. Literally every storefront is boarded up, chained, or blocked off. I’m honestly shocked that this mall exists. We maybe saw four people?

I witnessed a situation at Brookfield Square Mall that was honestly shocking and incredibly unprofessional. A member of the cleaning or management staff (it was unclear which) was yelling at employees from a toy store in the food court over Easter eggs being placed out. What should have been a simple conversation turned into a full-on confrontation. She raised her voice and continued going at both an employee and the manager for what felt like at least 20 minutes. It was uncomfortable to watch and completely unnecessary. The employees remained calm and respectful, which made the behavior from staff stand out even more. I have never seen someone act like that in a public, professional setting before. It created a really negative atmosphere for other shoppers and employees alike. Situations like that should be handled privately and with basic respect. Very disappointing experience.

I love the Secret Market inside Brookfield Square Mall! It's the first weekend of each month and there's so much to see in four different stores full of unique vendors!

Beautiful mall with a lot of potential. Honestly all the workers here are super kind and friendly. It is a little empty though so I do wish they spend more money on making this place attract more to the public. The H & M here is great and there’s a lot of good deals here. I wasn’t able to find the name of this drink spot in the food court but the worker made a vanilla chai espresso and it was delicious. Great recommendation from her.
