Our supermarket offers house-brand groceries, organics, and counters
I placed an order at 204pm for 5-6pm pickup. I hadn’t received any emails from them except thanking me my order & confirming, At 505pm I called the store as i hadn’t heard anything & it didn’t show that it was even be processed. I was told that the order was still being processed, maybe it would be ready in 1/2 hour!
As of May 2026, Stop & Shop has begun shrinkflating their bakery items, particularly their bagels. They used to be around 4.5-5" wide, large enough to fit a fried egg and a slice of cheese, making the perfect breakfast sandwich. Now they’re so small that the egg and cheese barely fit without hanging off the sides. You can no longer use the bagels for breakfast sandwiches. Stop & Shop has shrunk the bagels by at least an inch while simultaneously raising prices. Very disappointing decline in quality and value.
cute talkative girl at checkout with lucky charms earrings, I came in with 1 bag and 10 pounds worth of groceries. I told you to try and fit as much in the bag as you could, and you put all of it in. if I need help moving, I know who to call. 10/10
I thought I had just reviewed this store but it's great. Totally an interior always stocked with what we need. The workers are really great and over the past few years we've become familiar with a few and all the workers are well kept, friendly, and seen to know what they're there to do and do it well
I am living out of state and have family in Bristol. I had a really bad experience at the self serve checkout. My items stopped scanning and an employee confronted me. "What did you do"? Her voice was elevated. Then she said "Excuse me! I said excuse me"! I was not sure what she was communicating so I asked "What do you mean"! She actually barked at me, "I have to get to your checkout" and sneered at me. Where I live, they can reset any checkout remotely. Not entirely sure why an angry person should be working in the service industry.
