Wonderful church . Went there for years, moved to KY after hubby died. Came northeast to a grandson confirmation in RI. Stopped by to visit husband at cemetery & then Church to pray my chaplet. Everybody at a funeral but it was nice to see the church again. Reminded me of my past years as a Lector & Greeter. Carried my duties to my new Parish, Good Shepherd RC Church in Frankfort, KY

St. Matthew's Roman Catholic church is a beautiful church. I've been going there for about 64 years. It has a nice parish. It's a well-maintained church. They do nice job with weddings and funerals. Along with the church, They have St. Matthew's school which is Pre-K3 right up through 8th grade. Your children can get an exceptional education If you choose to send them to St. Matthew's school.. My daughter went to St. Matthews school from pre-k 3 right up to 8th grade. The school is a fantastic school. Where children truly learn to read and write. They learn valuable lessons and manners as well as religion, respect, kindness, compassion, understanding. They also learn to take notes and do homework and study on their own. It's a wonderful education and it is supported somewhat by the church. Both St. Matthew Church and St. Matthews School is a very tight-knit community!

I’ve been with the church for almost 8 years now and I absolutely love the services. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and very open. All of the parishioners are friendly and easy to talk to, including the resident priest and of course our deacons. My favorite part of this church is the music ministry! The music reflects the readings and the homily. Even with the transition of a new music director, St. Matthew’s music ministry is still amazing. I am incredibly proud to be a part of St. Matthew’s Church and I plan on staying a member for as long as I live!
