Stone Prairie is an event venue in Brillion. Our team provides an outdoor setting for weddings and other events, with amenities including a greenhouse, patio area, two pavilions, and a bridal cabin.

We got married here in August, and it was a perfect day! Stone Prairie is definitely a beautiful outdoor venue for weddings, and the staff kept everything running super smoothly day-of. Everything was clean, well set-up, and perfectly groomed. The food was also delicious, and they allowed us to create a custom menu because we didn't like any of the pre-set buffet options.
Our only negative experience with Stone Prairie was navigating the pricing. We felt their food options were all overpriced (and you can't get outside catering), and you have to watch out for that 20% service charge on everything. But that's pretty much expected for a new, upscale venue like this. Just be aware what you're getting into. Overall, would definitely recommend this venue!

100% recommend this venue for your wedding! Got married here back in August, and we still get comments on how beautiful the venue and good the food was. The staff was so thorough, hands-on, efficient, and reasonable. Jillian and Sarah always got back to me quickly on my questions and changes. They also felt like real people -- weren't bringing a fake energy, didn't feel like I was being given the hard sell like I did at some other venues. They seemed very genuine about making sure their couples feel informed, prepared, and happy. I loved the convenience of not having to seek out an outside caterer or bar service. The pricing is so much more reasonable than we thought it was going to be at first too!
We participated in a group tasting, so we didn't actually get to try most of what we actually had served at our event. That was the only thing I was nervous about going into the day. It worked out fine though, everything was excellent! People commented on how good it was, especially for wedding food. They were accommodating in labelling allergens and double checking ingredients for the wide range of allergies in attendance. I think they mentioned at some point that the chef's family has allergies or something so he's mindful of cross contamination.
I also appreciated the number of spaces they have. Between the greenhouse/patio area and the two pavilions, it was easy to create a natural flow for the day without having to do a big flip and kicking people out of their tables.
For summer, just keep in mind that this is the prairie. The afternoons can get hot, and I got some mentions that mosquitoes were coming out as the evening went on. Just things to keep in mind, not the venue's fault!
10/10, would get married here again. ;)

If you are looking for a beautiful outside venue for your wedding or other event Stone Prairie should be your first choice! Jillian made life easy for us while planning the wedding and during the wedding. Her staff is amazing and the food is second to none. They have multiple pavilions, outside seating area, green house, and a bridal cabin. They offer snacks, drinks, and food as part of the venue which is well worth it. You won’t regret holding your event here.

I got married at Stone Prairie in October and it was perfect. First, the coordinating process was simple. Olivia took the care to do whatever needed to be done to make my vision real. I changed my mind about random things a few times and she was always willing to update the plan. She even implemented my hope for hot chocolate less than a week before the wedding!
The wedding day itself was beautiful. It felt strange not having to walk around to make sure everything was going properly because the staff handled it. The fireplace was beautiful throughout the night and the transitions were smooth. Guests loved the yard games and the comfortable environment.
We had Cobblestone Creek cater and it was delicious. We appreciated how customizable everything was. The cheesecake for dessert was a hit!
It was such a beautiful day at a beautiful venue that I'll never forget! I would highly recommend having your wedding here!

Stone Prairie has some of the most warm and kind staff. The venue was absolutely breath taking. We felt like they were helpful every step of the way. Overall our whole experience was wonderful!
