As a vendor(DJ, Exceptional Entertainment) that travels all over the state of WI, I can honestly say that Round Lake Farms is a top my list for venues to work with. Their staff is knowledgable, friendly and very easy to work with. They truly care about making every wedding the absolute best it can be. Uplighting truly transforms the space adding a splash of color to the room. If you're looking for a place that truly cares about you, you're looking in the right place.

We got married at Round Lake Farms on 10/24. It was absolutely everything we could have hoped for. We had the pleasure of working with Jillian and from the start she was always very communicative and flexible with our schedules. She was fun, easy to talk to, and overall created such a positive experience for us. Anytime we had a question or concern, she always provided us with an answer in a timely fashion. We went through everything multiple times just to make sure one of us wasn't missing anything which was greatly appreciated. She truly listened to what we wanted for our wedding day. Though the location was a little out of the way for most of our guests (not the venues fault), we heard nothing but positive things about how beautiful the venue was. Between the natural beauty outside/down by the water, the lighting and visuals inside, and our decorations, our guests just couldn't get enough. We did end up having an outdoor ceremony so we got to take in all that the property had to offer. We had chicken, ham, potatoes, and carrots for dinner - absolutely amazing. This was made directly by the staff at Round Lakes which was helpful in that we did not have to stress about coordinating any catering. We did hear a few complaints from our guests about the bar staff being a little rude. We did not personally hear anything, however, it is still worth mentioning. Overall, we would definitely recommend using Round Lake Farms for your next event or wedding. It is a great place. It is a little on the expensive side compared to other venues, however, there were no hidden fees. You truly do get what you paid for. All charges were stated from the beginning and we did get a breakdown of everything we were being charged for. We are super thankful for Jillian and Round Lake Farms for helping create the most perfect wedding day!

We had the absolute best experience at Round Lake Farms! Our wedding day couldn’t have been more perfect, and so much of that is thanks to Jillian and the incredible team there. Jillian is an absolute rockstar — she made the entire planning process so easy and stress-free, guiding us through every detail (including things I never would’ve thought of on my own). You can tell she genuinely cares about every couple she works with, and her attentiveness made all the difference. We also held our rehearsal at Round Lake the night before, and the staff at the Nordic Center were amazing — professional, friendly, and so accommodating with any requests we had. The catering and bar teams were top-notch both nights, going above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we were taken care of. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how kind and attentive everyone was! And the food… seriously, the BEST we’ve ever had at a wedding (and we heard the same from so many of our guests!). One friend even said they went home to try to recreate the entrée because they loved it that much! I could go on and on, but truly — if you’re looking for a stunning venue with an incredible team that makes wedding planning effortless, Round Lake Farms is it. We’re so grateful to Jillian and the entire staff for giving us the most seamless, special, and unforgettable day!

We had our wedding at Round Lake Farms, and it was everything we could have hoped for! The venue is absolutely stunning, and we were lucky to have the most beautiful October day. We loved that we could have both our ceremony and reception on-site—it made the day flow so smoothly and was so convenient for our guests. Our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was! Everything (except dessert) was catered by the venue, and it was fantastic. The late-night snacks—cheese curds, soft pretzels, mini brats, and hot dogs—were especially a hit with everyone! We worked with Olivia, and she was amazing. She was super attentive, responded to emails quickly, and made planning from out of state so much easier. She made sure we felt supported every step of the way. One note for future couples: make sure to ask for the most up-to-date menu prices when you tour the venue. We weren’t made aware of the price increase from 2024 to 2025 until after we had signed our contract and paid our deposit, so definitely confirm that ahead of time. The only small downside was that the bar staff weren’t quite as friendly as the rest of the team, and we did hear a few comments from guests about that. Other than that, everything went perfectly. The day ran smoothly, the food was fantastic, and the venue was just breathtaking. We received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful everything was. We’re so happy we chose Round Lake Farms for our wedding—it was truly the perfect place to celebrate our day!
