Best bacon ever! I would have had a better picture but this is all that made it to the table. Because it was so good. This will be our new go to meat market. The staff is also super friendly and helpful.

The owner is very accommodating and you can tell they pride themselves on customer service. The meat sticks and garlic venison sausage are amazing. Very flavorful and delicious. Definitely recommend and will be returning!

I was traveling south and detoured just to get a steak. I'd never been there before but I gave the place a good look. A nice looking sirloin steak just big enough for my wife and I made it into my basket along with a bit of old fashioned salami. I sampled the sausage on my continued drive and wad delighted by it's flavor and texture. The steak is aging in the fridge waiting for tomorrow when the temperature here is a little more suited for grilling. A pleasant mid 20's tomorrow will be much better than the current 14° today.

Stopped on a Thursday and asked for uncut short ribs, they cut some fresh and I picked them up on Friday. Beautiful marbling throughout, they turned out awesome. Note to others - smoke your beef ribs to 210 internal temp, this will ensure all of the connective tissues and collagens fully render and you’re left with delicious meat-candy! Best bite in BBQ!
