Local laundry facility open daily in Belgium, Wisconsin
Awful place. I’d be embarrassed to own this business and even more embarrassed for Maytag to have their name on the machines. So many machines don’t operate, machines ate my money. Vending doesn’t work and water smells disgusting. Had to go to another laundry mat to rewash my clothes.
Half of all of their machines are always down and then there's issues with machines "eating" your coins.
I don't come here, washer works good but the dryers doesn't work. I put 1.00 in one of the dryer that was available to use, as soon as I started the dryer it automatically said it was out of order. I had to dry my clothes into another dryer. I called the number that was listed at the laundromat for a refund for my $1.00 back, but no response or no calls.
Just leaving. Many machines not working. Last load, and money, appeared to cycle but did not. Clothes on bottom wet and had undisolved soap. Clothes on top had dry spots. $2 wasted and lost another quarter in a different machine. Signs say new owner. Hope they are able to fix things.
I dont coming here, but everything is hit or miss. Put a $10 bill in the change machine and only get 9.50 back. Washer worked great. But go to the dryer, put 1 quarter in, gave me 8 min. Had to add more. Then, put a quarter in the unit below, and got 31??? Then the heat is still set for winter at a super cozy summer temperature of 74 degrees.....then as I'm sitting here dryer 1 turns off. Takes more money, then it thinks the lint, and front door are open, and won't let me continue my dry cycle. Lost that money. So now it all goes in one. Started to do the same thing!!!!
