Lila is a wonderful reflexologist! She is very good at treating difficult cases, and travels all over the world to update her training to bring the best to her patients.

Excellent care. Lila is highly skilled and talented. I was treated for whiplash with amazing results and full range of motion without pain after 4 sessions. Can’t guarantee that, but I can tell you that reflexology with Lila has been very effective for me.

I have had acute sinus issues for many years and my chiropractor suggested I see Lila at Ray of Hope Reflexology. After 10 minutes with Lila, my sinus headache was gone! My shoulder has always had some pain in it. I had gone to physical therapy for it 2 years ago with some relief, but after seeing Lila my shoulder is also free from pain with full motion. I strongly recommend anyone to make an appointment at Ray of Hope Reflexology for Lila's healing touch. She is truly Amazing!
