Nice proximity to the river but a bit lacking on service and cleanliness. Since the place was nearly empty we would have enjoyed a water view but had to settle for the parking lot. The desk was not staffed so we couldn’t a napkin (empty) or toweling after we washed our hands. Sheboygan is amazing; we identified some great options for our next visit.

Great and welcoming staff. Newly renovated in spring 2026. Has a very nice lobby bar/lounge overlooking the water

The lobby bathroom was disgusting, poop splatters on the toilet and everything. Rented two rooms and could tell one of them was half cleaned and smelled like cigarettes. One of the rooms only had half a roll of toilet paper from the start. Knowing room service was going to come the next day, didn’t bother calling front desk for more. Room service came, didn’t refill toilet paper, AND left our room propped open when we were gone the whole day! If I could give a zero star, I would. Never coming back here again.

Outstanding stay. Room was very nice, really liked the decor. Asst. Mgr. Zach was top notch and the hotel bar is shockingly nice with a very attractive cocktail menu. The breakfast/lounge area on the water is lovely. (bring your own breakfast though. The hotel continental is a huge disappointment)

I had a great experience staying here. The staff are genuinely happy to help. It is a small hotel that is independently owned, and they really take pride in their building and service. The location is charming being right on the river and boardwalk. Downtown and Lake Michigan are only a short walk away. Their newly renovated lobby is lovely and rooms are comfortable.
