Found it online- visiting area for golf retreat 😉 We were pleasantly surprised! Our sandwiches were fresh, tator tots and homemade chips were top notch and we couldn't pass up the baked apple pie ice cream! I had the BLT+C toasted with garlic mayo (*ordered as listed on menu) WoW! My husband ordered the reuben and he enjoyed it as well. We also enjoyed walking around the general store while waiting for our sandwiches- they even had wooden postcards! It was perfect, we had been looking for Wisconsin post cards- does it get any more perfect than that? Worth the trip- wish we lived closer so we could visit regularly! We did have a great time in Wisconsin, and know we will be returning ...this will be a tradition for our "things to do in Wisconsin" on our trips back!

The ABSOLUTE best string cheese I've ever had! And the deli had a to-die-for beefy mushroom soup that was beyond flavorful and delicious. Might be in the middle of nowhere, but well worth the drive. We'll definitely be back (& we live 6 hrs away!). What a happy find 😀

Ordered the Smoked string cheese. We are specifically looking for that old fashioned salty smoked string cheese. Unfortunately we didn't care for it at all. It was soft and not tasty. We also had the curds and those were soft and not the good old fashioned squeeky cheese. Both were just not a pleasant mouth feel. Felt mushy. I hate Google for giving us all these places that are not anything like the smoked string cheese we used to order and love!! I also dont know how to share a picture but the cheese curds got so much moisture built up in the bag we had to throw 3/4 of the curds away. I apologize for the review but im just being honest. I will give 5 stars for the delivery time, cold packs included and shipping price was fair so we appreciate that. Thank u

Great food but I was a little disappointed the regular curd order had a lot of tiny blown out curds (just breading). The combo basket was better and had all regular size curds. Just food for thought. Otherwise everything was great and store had a great assortment of cheese, meat and gifts.

Hands down my favorite cheese store! Every year we come to Wisconsin I have to stop here and get more cheese! They have the best mozzarella sticks hands down, both the regular and the smoked ones! Huge caramels, fudge, and this small batch apple juice made with different apples. If you purchase a few of them, and try them you can really taste the difference between apples. This time I tried the Granny Smith one. 10/10 recommend coming here!!
