To be honest, I'm a very big coffee drinker. Been drinking Starbucks for well over 20 years to say the least. I ordered the same drink on a daily. Same two drinks. I just switched the syrup up. Only Emily at this Starbucks in Beaver dam is completely and utterly rude, disrespectful and they keep putting her in the window. Right. There also proves lousy management as Emily cannot let a customer speak to make an order. I have had to return and get drinks remade two times due to Emily's lousy performance in managers allowing this disrespect happening. This is not the way to represent Starbucks nor its company. I used to work for Starbucks and this is nothing but a disgrace. I can see why you guys cannot get people to stay employed as the lousy management proves it. When they had good management there there was never a drink made wrong. A drink returned and they had their people trained correctly. It all trickles down to having correct management in them being able to run a floor and place their people properly. And if they ain't got people, you need to pay a closer attention to your baristas and crew members. For the amount of money, people pay and continuously pay because they choose to continuously keep supporting your business. You would think they would get better at their management and learn to have more respect and make people's drinks right? If they were to just listen to the customer and they don't. Better placement for your acers will make for a better smoother shift and maybe you guys can keep people and allow your business to be open more and make more money. It's truly sad to see a Starbucks get ran into the ground in a small town where it can thrive and you guys can go back to normal business hours. Emily will be a continuous complaint in a remake on drinks until you can properly train her or manage her better. And again that comes down to lousy management. If you want your drink to be made wrong along with rude and disrespectful service and people not allowing you to speak your order and cutting you off and thinking it's okay to make your drink wrong. Then the Beaver dam Starbucks will be the continuous place to go.

Every morning M-F I come here and get a venti brown sugar shaken espresso with brown sugar cold foam and EVERY single time it’s delicious. I love the baristas there. I’m so bad with names but she has red streaks in her hair and fun glasses and she is always so kind.

Amazing Starbucks – Great Service & Amazon Driver Perk! I stopped by this Starbucks and had a really great experience. The place is clean, modern, and very spacious inside — perfect for sitting down, studying, or just relaxing. They also have a drive-thru and plenty of parking, which makes it super convenient, especially in winter. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was fast. I also received a free Starbucks drink as part of the Amazon driver appreciation, which was such a nice surprise and really made my day. Huge respect to Starbucks for supporting Amazon drivers like this! They have a wide selection of drinks, pastries, and lots of merchandise on display. The restrooms were clean and well-maintained, and the inside area is big enough for families or anyone who wants to sit comfortably. Overall, a great Starbucks location — excellent service, clean environment, and thoughtful perks. I definitely recommend it!

The cute young girl i forget her name bret or something with letter b had good customer service very outgoing and very polite made the whole experience great this was 11/16/2024.... On the other hand the black young lady needs to be more outgoing and more polite the place was clean and well maintained as well one of the better starbucks in wisconsin.
