Country winery with wine tasting, outdoor tables, and panoramic views
The lady at the counter was very friendly and informative, as well as the locals who came in for a glass of wine. They offered a snack plate including cheese curds, nuts, pretzels and chocolates along with the tasting of eight wines for $15.
My wife and I had just finished visiting the International Crane Foundation and had looked into Baraboo Bluff Winery online. We're very glad we gave them a try. They're in a beautiful location close to Baraboo and the Wisconsin Dells, but not a touristy feel. Laura, our hostess was a delight and knowledgeable. We both tasted the dry wines and found them excellent or very good. The Petite Pearl Reserve was OUTSTANDING! We will definitely be back. We want to sit outside on the patio and enjoy the view. We didn't have time this trip.
Such an awesome view the staff there is usually very knowledgeable although there are a few that don't always know everything but it's a beautiful experience to have inside and outside where you can sit and they have some cheese and snack items for purchase and along with some crackers for your nibbling satisfaction by you sip on some wine.
We had a lovely quiet afternoon here! We really enjoyed our tasting and the wines were all really good! Gorgeous view as well!
We have been enjoying this winery for the last 7 years. We are from Menomonee Falls, but we look forward to our trip every year. We highly recommend there wine club. See you soon.
