Prices do not make sense, junk marked up to the highest dollar! Tag sales have better deals or regular retail! Staff is very nice though.

Don't bother donating anything here. They barely accept anything. I tried to save time and take stuff here that I'd normally sell on ebay, but apparently it's not good enough for them. So next time, if I'm too lazy for ebay, it's straight to the dump. Sad, but don't waste your time.

The manager with the red hair is terrible at pricing items. She looked a bag up online and priced it as high as the retail price. She said its going for that price. She then had the nerve to tell me that its donated. I wanted to be like yeah lady thats when you shouldn't price it like its new. Stay away from this goodwill and head to the other ones. If you must shop at goodwill there are much better ones like bloomfield and etc. But you should support your local consignment shops.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Goodwill location. A children’s basketball hoop had two price tags one marked $5.99 and another $14.99 and the manager refused to honor the lower price. He was dismissive and unprofessional, claiming “people put these stickers on,” even though the $5.99 tag was clearly flat and untampered with. No customer should be treated this way. It’s not only unfair but it feels misleading and possibly not even legal to display two prices and refuse the lower one. I will no longer be donating at this location after seeing how poorly customers are treated and how little integrity is shown here. Think twice before supporting this store.

Pricing of old and used clothes are expensive! you can buy same brand and new to tjmaxx or marshall for the same price! I wonder how they came up with the pricing. Anyway, one lady from cashier seems not happy because most of the glass and plates, jar,mug, we bought are with $1 tag and she cant believe with the price,maybe she is expecting more and that person in-charge doing the pricing done it wrong!. The only one I like in this place is the location and the parking area. The arrangement of the items are confusing, they need to staff more to arrange the items as it looks junk on a shelf.
