Employees should be able to enforce rules without screaming at customers. Very disappointing experience. There was a girl there who screamed in my face because I went to a newly opened bin without going through the line. I was a first-time customer and genuinely didn’t know the rules. Instead of politely explaining them, she chose to yell at me and get right in my personal space. I understand that rules exist, but there is no excuse for treating customers that way. A little respect and professionalism would have gone a long way. I hope she stops doing that, too close that i can smell her breath, her mouth stinks! Its gross! I think Shes a blonde girl, and wears glasses! Not sure, coz i put my head down,i was so embarrassed!
