Always a nice variety of items to purchase and reasonable prices. Granted their prices have gone up but so has everything else. Friendly staff That always makes you feel welcome.

I’ve donated items to this store in the past because it’s a local business I wanted to support. However, I was very surprised and disappointed by what I recently saw. One of the items I donated—a tray with glass bottles that I originally paid a total of $49 for about eight years ago—was being sold for over $100 in total. The tray alone was priced at $50, and each bottle was listed for $5–$10. This seems very high for a secondhand store that relies on donations. During my visit today, I also noticed other items priced well above what seems reasonable—such as a used, unlit 3-foot Christmas tree for $18 (a new one with lights costs about the same) and an old pack-and-play, likely 15 years old, priced at $45. I’m disappointed to see donated items being marked up to this extent. I’ve always believed secondhand stores should offer affordable options to help the community, not price them out of reach.

Bargin Garden will always be one of my favorite thrift stores. It's small in the best ways, and they have one of my favorite clothing selections in a thrift store just about ever. The staff is super nice, and the money they make goes to a good cause.

Wonderful store. Profits go to Fox Valley Lutheran. Great prices. Fun sales. Today we bought so much. I will attach two photos. The sale was 25% off everything!
