We came by to see my partners grandmother. We planned to stop by at 4pm on a Saturday but learned that it closes at 3pm. Google says it closes at 5pm but it lies. Still a beautiful place!

Losing my mother was a major tragedy in my life as she had lived with us for the 6 years prior to death. Mom had her funeral plans pretty much set for many years, but Highland Memorial made everything so very easy. They were kind (not in a cheesy way), helpful and LISTENED to what I needed and wanted. I thank them for making a very difficult situation easier to handle.

We recently went through two funerals and burials a day apart from one another. We also have many loved ones at HMP. Heath Pozorski was our counselor and he is truly an exceptional human and is phenomenal at his job. During the burials he was the first one there and greeted us warmly and later drove us over to the second burial site in a procession. Again, he was by our side through it all and being two right after one another, they took place without a hitch. Not a small feat. There is something truly special about Heath and the connection he is able to make with you. He is genuine, sincere and makes the entire process easier to bear. As hard of a process as it is, you almost look forward to the meetings due to knowing you’re meeting with Heath. During the meeting days after to finalize a few things, he demonstrated sincere empathy, compassion and so much caring in wanting to know how we were holding up along with asking for feedback about the process, citing he can only do better if he’s aware. There was nothing he could have done better. Again a truly exceptional experience and I would recommend him over and over again. He went through the folder and explained all the wonderful services HMP offers, such as grief services , resources, family events, as well as other needed info. HMP does and offers so much more than you’d realize. Again cannot recommend Heath highly enough, as well as HMP. Truly grateful.

Heath was excellent to work with regarding my parent’s internment. Everyone e was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I came in to see my grandparents who have been inside for many years . I discovered that they don’t open the doors til 10 am on Sundays . A very kind and generous man named amen let me in to see my grandparents . I was extremely grateful to have a kind man such as himself there to allow me to visit . He was cleaning the building and even though he wasn’t allowed to he let me in . My life has been very difficult recently and needed that time away it’s my loved ones . I would appreciate deeply if the opening time could change to at least 8am on weekends, it is the only time I feel I can have a private moment with my grandparents. It disappointed me to know the building doesn’t open earlier . Please change this .
