Went there the other day and wanted some deck railing that had no price on it. The woman at the counter called for some one to give me price. I waited for quite a long time while no one showed up. Finally the woman took me out side and we greed on a price and I told her I needed to grab some trim as well from the back of the store and would pay for both on my way out. While I was getting the trim they sold the railing to some one who left the store from earlier and returned. I considered it as mine already but after wasting all that time apparently the “manager” showed up and sold it out from under me. It was ridiculous and not only that he gave it this other guy for half the price I was paying. Didn’t seem to care one bit that he wasted my time and cost me an extra hour. I’m done taking the time to donate there and shop there. Used to go out of my way to buy things but not with that kind of treatment.
