From the moment I walked through the doors of Peace Lutheran Church, I felt like I was exactly where I belonged. I have black, puffy curly hair, darker skin, I’m Hispanic, and I have tattoos all over. I don’t look like most of the people there, but that never mattered—not even for a second. Every single person I met welcomed me with genuine kindness, warmth, and open arms. I have honestly never felt so welcomed anywhere in my life. Peace Lutheran truly lives out what the Bible teaches. James 2:1 reminds us not to show favoritism, and that’s exactly what I experienced. I wasn’t judged by my appearance; I was loved as a person. Jesus taught us in Matthew 22:39, “Love your neighbor as yourself,” and the people at Peace Lutheran don’t just preach those words—they live them. They embody the love of Christ in a way that is rare and beautiful. If you’ve ever wondered whether there’s a church where you’ll be accepted just as you are, this is it. No matter what you look like, where you come from, or what your story is, you will be met with compassion, grace, and love. I truly believe God is smiling on this congregation because they faithfully demonstrate His love to everyone who walks through their doors. Thank you, Peace Lutheran Church, for reminding me what the Church is meant to be.

The pastor is wonderful very nice No I dont go to this church well any actually the school is very nice along with there MATIENCE guy that does there snow and stuff HE HAS BEEN Such a blessing every winter plowing my side walk! That lil kindness actually has helped me in more ways then they know...Yes I live right next door it makes it a lil hard to ever want to leave with wonderful neighbors and no NON OF THEM ACT stuck up either lol
