Was a nightmare from hell staying in Elcho, got old men that creep around, alcoholics and drug addicts all over.. if your into that type of stuff then the Elcho Hunting Manor apartments will suit you perfectly! Had issues with different people and housing doesn’t do nothing to diffuse the situation and langlade county cops are just as useless! So if you wanna deal with all the above then this might suit you! I’d give it ZERO stars if I could. Paid almost 800 a month in rent to be harassed until I decided to move out. All housing cares about is the money and not about making someone feel safe in their own surroundings….

The Antigo Housing Authority offers very nice apartments. They really helped me out when I needed it most. I have to say they are the best landlord a tenant could ask for. They've always been very prompt at responding to calls with questions or maintenance issues. Maintenance issues were always addressed in a timely manner. The staff is very professional, friendly and always happy to assist. I highly recommend renting from them.

Insulting unprofessional behavior by the staff running AHA. Questioning my disability status, secretly entering my apartment without notice while I wasn't there (and not doing a very good job of being secret about it lol ) Taking rumors as FACTS! Avoid dealing with them.

My daughter and her boyfriend got a place through housing authority. My daughter ended up getting a restraining order against her bf, she went to housing, they told her if she had a restraining order they could get him off the lease. She turns the restraining order in and tells her there is nothing they can do. But. She could file for a new apartment. So. Why does my daughter with a baby have to go homeless so this guy can have a 2 bedroom apartment hr would never have qualified for in the first place? I went and talked to housing to understand why. This lady said I am sorry there is nothing wr can do and shut the door on my face! Very unprofessional. I would never recommend this place.
