Resort hotel in Ko Kut with kayaking, snorkeling, and a cocktail bar
Really amazing place for a vacation. Quiet, beautiful beach next to the resort. Good location with a lot of restaurants around. The only thing they should change is the white roof in front of the infinity pool – it totally ruins the view of the sea.
This is a great little resort, lots of things to do , free kayaking, snorkeling, electronic surfing ( for very reasonable price), cocktail bar and a great restaurant with the worlds most friendliest staff. Always some free beds available on the beach and next to the swimming pool. My only suggestion for the breakfast is getting a bigger coffee machine. But like I already said this is a great place to spent your holiday in Koh Kood. Thanks to the staff. 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Four pigs are kept in a very small enclosure with no enrichment or space, and the turtles are also in inadequate conditions. This has not improved since last year. The pigs even seem to have less room now. Reporting it to reception has made no difference. It is sad and hard to understand why this continues. Pigs are such smart animals. That’s just not right.
It’s not a bad option. The resort is located next to a beautiful beach and has a nice pool overlooking the sea. They have small pigs and turtles living on the property. There are plenty of sun loungers, and the very small gym has everything you need for a basic workout. The staff is friendly. They offer motorbike rental, which was convenient, and they also sent a car to pick us up from another resort. On the downside, I have to mention the very limited breakfast (the poorest selection during our month-long trip in Asia) and some strange policies. For example, to use the gym you need to go to reception and waste time signing papers that nobody really needs. They also close the kids’ room at 5 pm. We tried to enter at 4:40 pm and were not allowed in because they said it was already closed. The gym also closes at 5 pm, which is another odd decision. The room layout is extremely strange: the work desk, fridge, etc. are located inside the bathroom area. Cleaning was not done well—they didn’t come one day even though we were out for about four hours. There were just many small, random issues. Beach towels are kept at the reception and restaurant instead of the beach. It’s not that there is anything extremely wrong with this resort, but some aspects feel quite strange. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay.
This was the best resort!! Quiet, local Thai tourists as well as internationals. Amazing breakfast and staff. Room was comfortable, cool and clean. We made use of the free paddle boards and the crystal clear water. We brought our own snorkels and saw a range of fish off the rocks on the right side of the bay. The resort restaurant was great with other options available along the beach. We stayed most of our time at the local bay because it was so good. We hired a motorbike from the resort with great helmets. Took a trip to some other beaches and had lunch at the fishing village but was so glad we stayed where we were. Highly recommended:).
