Homestay with spacious tents and vegetarian cooking in Ko Kut
When I reached in Sao’s place She interested with me too much. Thank for everything Sao. She is very kindly host , interest with everyone and everything. Place is also too close to beach. you can walk to the beach in 10min by walking . 2 min by bike. There is also a big market for shopping to finding everything. You’ve to stay Sao’s mateoasis. See u in the next time Sao , Big hug !
This is the best place on whole Koh Kood. Simple, warm, authentic thai. The owner is a sunshine person, everybody likes her. If U wanna feel like home and dont need luxury, this place U cannot miss. Thanks for best time in Thailand
❤️ When you travel for a long time, its always such a pleasure to come across an accomodation where you feel comfortable and really connect with the host and the other guests, my stay was truly so so enjoyable! Sao, the owner, is a very easy going, friendly and bubbly person, her character and energy is so unique and lovely to be around, as a vegetarian, it was a pleasure to enjoy her cooking, she is vegan so has great understanding of this cuisine, however, the other guests who ate meat also shared how much they love her cooking. Every meal was delicious, she has real talent! 🏕️ The tents are very spacious, clean and comfortable, the fan was perfect to stay cool during my visit. I loved being so close to nature, being away from all traffic and listening to the rain and jungle. There was a thunderstorm one night and I stayed dry, a little rain came in but not a problem at all. Its very near to a monastery which I love!! Sao gave me a really fair price for the stay, laundry and scooter rental, thank you! :) Please remember that you are camping, this is not a resort so facilities are more limited but if you want an authentic thai camping experince then I have no doubt that you will love this place. I love what Sao and her kids have been able to accomplish, they recently purchased new tents which look great! I wish them all continual good health, happiness, peace and growth. Id love to come back one day 🇹🇭❤️🙏💫 📍HOW TO GET THERE: Follow the google maps location and go past the bridge, folloiw the road all the way up until you see a temple gate and take a left. Follow the road all the way around and you will see a left turning with some signs, one of which is for Mateoasis. Follow the road all the way down and you will see the accomodation on your left, enjoy :)
If you want to enjoy the experience of camping with the most positive! Happy! Hospitable Person! You have to visit Sao's mateoasis camping! Great food! Excellent stay and best company! Will come back for sure! 😁
This is the perfect place for anyone who wants to feel like they're among friends. The hostess is friendly, a very sweet, and outgoing woman. She's always ready to help. She cooks delicious and beautiful food. The food and other services are affordable. This was my first time camping, and I felt comfortable. I spent the whole day on a heavenly beach. I had a great time here and I recommend this place =)
