Very disappointing stay at Villa No.7 We stayed at Villa No.7. The villa itself was of standard size, but the cleanliness was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, we found the electric kettle filled with dirty, foul-smelling water that was dark and cloudy, with dead ants and insects floating inside. The water was so filthy it turned black. Because it was already late at night, we had to clean the kettle by ourselves. Inside the drawer, there was even a used plastic water bottle left behind by previous guests. It was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned or prepared before our check-in. The air conditioning was also weak — it took a long time to cool the room, and we had to use the fan to make it more comfortable. When we informed the staff, there was no apology at all — just a “thank you for cleaning the kettle.” We were later moved to another villa next door, but after this experience, we could only hope the new room would be cleaner — or at least not as unpleasant as the first one. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience that shows a serious lack of care in housekeeping and guest service. Definitely not what we expected for the price we paid.
