Homestay on Ko Kut near Ao Phrao Beach with delicious food
Gumm’s place is immaculately clean and well-designed, located on the peaceful mangroves. He and Jaeng are fantastic hosts. Jaeng also makes the best food on the island. We had the small fan room, which does have A/C available for an extra fee. It was well worth it!
A home away from home is truly what I felt staying with Jaeng and Gumm. They are like the funny uncle and loving auntie who would do anything to make you feel at home and comfortable. I can’t express how much I loved it so I would recommend anyone to experience this for themselves. They make traveling so much more beautiful. ❤️✨🌴
An amazing spot right on the mangroves. We really loved our stay here. It was walking distance from the beach, peaceful and just perfect. I made a mistake with my dates booked and Gumm went out of his way to accommodate me, which was next level service. He also helped us book onward travel and was always available to answer any questions we had. On every platform I looked at, this place had a high score and I can see why.
We had an amazing week at Gumm's place. Gumm and Jaeng are lovely, welcoming hosts and their place is amazing. The terrace area is so comfortable and peaceful and the rooms are comfortable. Even the room without A/C has a powerful fan. The WiFi is fast and works throughout the property. Gumm makes great coffee and their food is delicious too. Gumm kindly showed me how to ride a scooter so we could explore the island. Honestly, you must stay here if you want to experience a home away from home. Thank you for a great stay.
Just left this place after a 4 night stay. Beautiful, relaxed location. Gumm and his wife are very kind, social and interesting people, I enjoyed talking with them and they were very helpful and easy going. They will make sure you feel comfortable. The breakfast with coffee every morning was perfect! Gumm also arranged transport from and to Bangkok for me and a very nice snorkel trip. Great place with lovely people. Recommended! 👍🏼
