Took a trip to go look at the progress at the Club Med site in Tinley Manor today.The buildings built already at Club med near Tinley Manor are looking awesome already, this place is going to be great for the local economy and for overseas guests and also Tinley manor locals and job seekers, all the best to the new Club Med South Africa.

October 2024, and Google Map images show indications of project level construction work on what is reported to be the "first Club Med beach resort in Southern Africa." Completion of the world class resort is projected for 2026, and is expected to bring other much needed investment and economic development initiatives along KwaZulu-Natal's north coast. This new holiday destination, just north of Tinley Manor Beach and also near the Ballito holiday precinct, is located under 2km from the National Road N2 offramp, and an approximately half hour's drive to travel the 34 km distance from King Shaka International Airport.
