An outdoor training facility with real obstacle simulation, coaches who are patient and take the time to share the wealth of knowledge on from running to obstacle training. The best training facility in Cape Town which incorporate people of all fitness levels. Also if you looking for a team building / breakaway, they offer group bookings as well for companies looking to do things like the Warrior race, Titan race or just a general team building etc. Personally, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

What a place to get training done. If you are looking for a way to improve your fitness and health this is the place to do it. The most exciting way to excercise. My kids and I have felt welcome since day 1 and we feel apart of the WOW family. Highly recommend
