Usiko Stellenbosch is a non-profit organization in Stellenbosch. We provide guidance to at-risk young people who face psycho-social challenges within their communities, addressing issues such as potential school expulsion and risky behavior. Our team utilizes mentoring, wilderness experiences, and group activities to help youth develop an appreciation for education and work towards a positive future. We integrate traditional African and First Nation cultural rituals with modern psychological theory in our Wilderness Therapy model, aiming to guide young people into responsible adulthood and foster strong community ties.
