Absolutely love Ground. It feels more private and exclusive than a normal gym, but there’s still such a strong sense of community. Everyone is always friendly, the space is beautiful and it never feels intimidating. It’s just one of those places you genuinely enjoy spending time at. Whether you want to join a pilates class, come for a sauna session, lift some weights or just stop by for a protein iced coffee- you will love it!!

The trainers are all friendly and knowledgeable, creating workouts that are both challenging and fun. The facilities are spotless and very comfortable. Training at Ground is 100% worth it, everyone is made to feel welcome.

Absolutely loved my Mat360 Pilates class at GROUND this morning 🤍🔥 Such a good combination of strength and Pilates — challenging in the best way, but still so enjoyable from start to finish. The energy, the setup and the workout itself were all incredible. Definitely found a new favourite class and I’ll 100% be back again 👏🏼
