Pilates classes and infrared mat sessions in Stellenbosch
I'm in Stellenbosch for a few weeks and decided to try out their day pass. This is a great gym! They have all the equipment you need and it's clean and well maintained. The two guys at the front desk were really friendly and helped with all my questions, making my gym experience as comfortable as possible. I'd definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a gym!
Still enjoying the ‘pilates floaties’ after I got my butt kicked in the best way possible. Great early Saturday morning class that will make you sweat and feel muscles you did not know existed. But don’t worry Inge will be your biggest hype woman throughout the entire workout and she has a lovely way of teaching. If you’re just visiting like me, you can book a drop in session, no strings attached. The location is in the parkinglot just walk up the ramp, it’s located on your left hand side. Thank you for having me, will definitely book another class next time I’m visiting
For a mix of experience and fun and also hardwork!! Definitely would recommend!
Great pilates class! I was in town for a few days and did two classes with Inge. Inge was very welcoming and the studio was lovely. Would definitely recommend.
