I would like to thank this fantastic team for helping me find my amazing new dog. Their service was exceptional — friendly, attentive, and filled with genuine love and care for the animals. Such sweet doggies, I would suggest if anyone has free time while in the area, to drop off a bag of dog food and spend time with the kind little fury hearts!

We visited to photograph some of AWSS's dogs to help with homing them. We were very impressed by the facility and the staff. The dogs are absolutely amazing. We entered their camps as complete strangers carrying strange equipment but left as friends... whatever traumas the dogs had suffered they were good natured, affectionate and willing to trust these new people in their spaces almost immediately. If anyone reading this is serious about adopting a dog, please visit AWSS, there are so many extraordinary dogs there who need a great home. Here are Yuri, Fifi, Lola, William, Lex and Jack 😍...

Great place. Animals have good space to play in and the cats are wonderful. Volunteers are always welcomed to give the animals a little break from waiting for their forever homes. If you plan on spending time with the puppies, wear thick pants and avoid laces and drawstrings, they're all good biters 😅
