So clean and the meat was freshly prepared. Really enjoyed my experience there. You ask for what you need, they cut it there and then. There's obviously frozen items like sausage and burgers readily available as well. I highly recommend the masala sausage BTW. Great experience!
The meat is nice and fresh. The butchery staff is friendly and efficient. The store, however, needs some updating and cleaning up. The cashiers can use some training on customer care. (they are not very nice being the last people teht the customer interacts with)
The meat is of great quality... but the service and communication are absolutely frustrating and poor! It's not a "once off" bad experience but a repeated tendency. Clearly, customers are not valued.
This is one of the oldest business establishments in our town and have serviced our community very well. They have recently moved next door to their new premises and have expanded their range of products to fresh vegetables which are sourced from local distributors. Their prices are reasonable and they open Monday to Saturday weekly.
Very disappointing customer service. Communication over the phone is rushed. I spoke to 3 of their workers and one ended up accusing me of making orders via text, of which they had not mentioned it was unreliable. The lady at office is more gentle over the phone and tries her best though I think she can do better. My order also came as not specified and was disappointed after several calls and trying to communicate. Doubt I will advise someone to order from them
