I purchased the Flavour Burst Blackberries on Friday and opened them the very next day, only to find multiple berries already covered in mold. Even more concerning, I discovered that one of the blackberries contained maggots after biting into it!!! This is completely unacceptable and frankly sickening! Customers should not have to worry about the safety and quality of fresh produce, especially when it is consumed so soon after purchase! Woolworths’ quality is consistently raved about, which makes this experience even more disturbing. There is an expectation that products sold meet a high standard, and this clearly fell far below that. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed urgently to ensure it does not happen to other customers!

Appalling service. No manager. Nobody in hot food just dozens of employees standing around looking at their feet. So many other better places to shop. Post your what’s app number and I will send you the video. It’s insane just how terrible the service is. The staff don’t realise how much competition you have!!!! If you want to sell produce the customer must actually be able to purchase it. There is even a sign at the hot food section demanding that customers respect the staff! There is nobody there to disrespect! The sign is a good indication of repeated poor management of the hot food section and the store in general. I’m happy to send you the video of your store without a manager or staff present.

The coffee shop is really nice. The waitress that served me was so friendly and really attentive and efficient. Enjoyed the coffee and cheesecake a lot. Will definitely visit again

I visited here not to long ago for my first time. I absolutely love this Woolies! Clean, and very affordable prices especially the specials. Only downfall were their shelves seemed bit out of stock.... I was very early tho so maybe they were still packing out. Cashiers were amazing!
