I always have the worst experience at this place during month end. The lines are exceptionally long and it takes ridiculously long. They should really get a different system at the tills where the packer checks every single item they just packed against the slip. It takes a long time and it is counterintuitive. If you visit off peak times its not as bad though.

Always nice and cool inside. Staff always greet me friendly and is always visible in the shop. They is always willing to assist you and smile while helping you. Great team team work.

Floor staff not visible,standing in groups busy on their cell phones, no price tags on selected items, the cashier wasn't friendly,I had to greet her first. The man in the sauce section was helpfull and friendly, thank u oupa😉

The 1up shop in Textile street is my go-to wholesalers. Friendly staff. Always willing to help find the items you are looking for. There are dedicated persons that wil push your trolley to your car and help you unpack, no matter where you are parked. Exellent service.
