We opened a business in Montagu in 2023. My partner and I were both issued with bank cards linked to the current account. Well, until today, I have not been able to use my card. Albeit, I have not sat in the queue at the bank everyday, l have been to try and sort the issue out on numerous occasions and wasted hours sitting on the chairs……. THANK GOD, for Liesl Ellis. She listened, took the problem at hand and sorted /linked whatever had to be done and hey I am now a Standard Bank card user!!! Thanks Liesl 🙏
Friendly people but: under staffed, slow service. You need to pull out at least half a day to get something done here. Also the people waiting are literally sitting less than 2 meters away allowing no privacy at all.
