The herb garden behind this house is fascinating. Zuko took us on a lovely and unexpected tour through it, including descriptions of the interesting uses for all the plants. Definitely worth a visit.

Fascinating little museum packed with all sorts, including some frighteningly creepy dolls. The garden was a highlight, and was larger than we expected, with good labelling of plants and herbs. Entrance fee was only 15ZAR so well worth a visit!

This museum needs a makeover. Looks tired and hurriedly curated. Lovely to experience the old homestead though. The indigenous and herb garden could be revamped as well.

Loved the herb garden. Unexpected but loved all the different smells. Nice piece of history beimg preserved

Beautifully restored homestead, which gives a good insight into days past. One of three museums you can visit for the price of one. There are not many historic homesteads open to the public, this was a treat.
