Farm cottages with wood-fired hot tubs and mountain views
The rooms where beautiful and the hot tubs where amazing. We went on a lovely hike and brought our dogs, we also went for a kayak on the lake, the pool was nice and the game room was a lovely place to hang out and have a braai
We stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved it. Everything was there and so thought through. The hottub was heated when we arrived which was amazing Billy was very helpful - thanks again for making a late check out possible
We stayed for two nights sharing Fish Eagle/Pale Chanting cottages. The place is absolutely awesome and peaceful. The cottages are tastefully furnished, a freshly baked bread, tea, coffee and cookies were provided. We loved the swimming pool, short walking trail and the hot tub (at sunset) and also used the honesty bar. Thanks for the wonderful stay. We do hope to be back sometime as our only regret was not to be able to stay longer.
We spent two nights in one of the beautiful cottages and absolutely loved our stay. The owners have thought of everything — from the freshly baked pot bread to the wood-fired hot tub. It’s the small, thoughtful touches that make this place feel so warm and welcoming, truly a home away from home. The cottage is beautifully decorated, the experience was exceptional, and the adorable doggy welcome was the perfect finishing touch. We would definitely recommend it.
Most gorgeous cottage on the most beautiful farm. I take my hat off to the owners for creating such a beautiful space. From the cottage, to the dam, to the pools, the lapa, the walks, I could go on and on. It’s truly the most amazing getaway. Couldn’t have dreamed up a better scenario. So much wildlife around, and it’s so peaceful and everything has been thought of. The cottage is decorated so uniquely and it’s so cute and quirky. You arrive and there is freshly baked bread waiting for you, yummy cookies and a wonderful space to destress. The bed is comfy, and the hot tub is great. And the outdoor shower is chefs kiss. Will definitely be back.
