Cut and Craft Bistro

Cut and Craft Bistro is a bistro in Johannesburg. We craft our homemade foods using old-style rustic recipes and source fresh, top-quality ingredients, including herbs from our own garden and soon, greens from our vertical hydroponic wall. Our wood-fired oven bakes fresh artisan breads daily, perfect to enjoy with a cuppa made by our baristas. We serve inspired breakfasts, hand-crafted pizzas, and perfectly aged steaks. We offer an area for functions or events, alongside our SpeakEasy bar which stocks a range of single malt whiskeys and handcrafted gins. We use AAA-grade, 28-day matured beef for our steaks, with various specialty cuts.
