What a great place for a vibe, just make sure you are fine with ordering from 3 different waitresses, and then waiting 1.5 -2 hours to see them again only to realise not one actually put through your order. Then we went to order from the bar. We had no drinks for 2 hours. Why not just tell us to self order instead of outright lying. One forgotten order, I get. 3 orders ignored in a row for a table of 10? So disgusting. We asked 6 different staff to turn the heater on for Bastille Festival evening - all 6 said they were coming, or the manager would come. We froze to death and eventually had to leave. So disappointing. We booked way in advance to be lied to and uncomfortable. Manager seems to hide when needed. No accountability. We drove a long way to enjoy this place, if you cant handle the amount of people, then TELL US to not use the waitresses and rather self serve and be honest if you didnt prepare properly and full your heaters on the busiest night of the year.
