Pilates mat classes and private reformer sessions in Franschhoek
My friend and I were in Franschhoek for the Literary Festival and wanted to have a Pilates class while in town. We booked a duo reformer session with Alex and it was just wonderful. A cute, clean, modern studio just off the Main Street with BASI systems reformers. Alex was warm and welcoming and gave us an appropriately challenging, well-structured class which was exactly what we needed. Thank you Alex.
Had such a lovely first experience at this Pilates studio! The space was incredibly clean, easy to access, and had such an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. The instructor was amazing she is super patient, encouraging, and made us feel comfortable even as a beginners. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

I've been doing 1-to-1 Pilates reformer sessions with Ashleigh at Pilates Franschhoek and have seen clear improvements in strength and muscle tone. Each session is structured and focused, with careful attention to posture and alignment. Ashleigh provides calm guidance and practical instruction, making the sessions effective and easy to follow. I've noticed improvements in both tone and strength, and always leave energised. Ashleigh is a skilled instructor and scheduling sessions with Alex is easy. Highly recommend this studio in town.
I can highly recommend Pilates Franschhoek! Alex is a great instructor, the reformers are the best quality and the studio is truly beautiful. Cannot wait to visit again :)
