What an incredible opportunity to experience a night at this exquisite establishment! The staff were friendly and helpful. A wonderful experience, from the gate keeper, staff at reception, the welcome drink, the guided tour to the room, the turn down staff, the waitresses. The view is phenomenal with vineyards, and glorious mountains. A beautiful swimming pool and heated jacuzzi. They offer free shuttle into town. I loved every minute

The best hotel in Franschhoek- the rooms and hotel looked like a palace - very aesthetically pleasing! There is a big pool & a hot tub as well! The car service was very excellent- you just have to drop a message and the car is ready to go to the town! The chef here made special food arrangements for us as we opted vegetarian food- good outdoor area for evening drinks by the pool side The staff was very well trained & welcoming There is a spa as well which was very good but a lil expensive but worth it! Cycles are also available if anyone wants to rent them. The rooms were clean and well equipped!
We loved our stay at this tranquil hotel. Every member of staff that we came across provided exceptional customer service. Breakfast was a delightful experience, with a huge variety of tempting food on offer. The shuttle service was a real bonus, making it easy to get into town or to the Wine Tram. Thank you to all the staff. If we come back to Franschoek we would definitely want to stay with you again.

Our highlight was the short rib meal, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavour. Every meal was complemented by attentive service that made us feel completely pampered. The hotel itself is stunning, with a beautiful pool and breathtaking views that make every moment relaxing. The spa experience was equally fantastic, the massage left us feeling rejuvenated and completely at ease. A special touch that we loved was the free shuttle service to town and back - just a quick message and they were ready to take us wherever we wanted to go. It made exploring the area effortless and stress free. Overall, Le Franschhoek Hotel and Spa exceeded every expectation.
