295 ZAR (16€ for me as a tourist) is way too much for a gym session in this simple and old gym where you can find a lot of worn-out material. 1 extra star because staff helped me when she saw me struggling to find my way in the gym.

This gym is in the centre of town, lots of weight mechanical equipment, treadmills and cardio. The free weights machines and benches etc need some tlc, I understand that based on my observations if the average person that would use a gym in Franschoek there maybe isn't a need for free weights and benches but a little tlc would help. Two lane pool and very helpful reception staff, clean toilets and rooms and enough to get your training done.

Grateful there is a gym in town! Like some of the review say, yes the free weight section is tiny, and yes it’s expensive for what it is (like $15/usd for a day pass), but there are no other options in town. I’ll gladly pay the $15 to start the day out on the right foot.

Very small, becomes crowded very very quickly, the lockers could be forced open by a five year old due to the cheap locks, and the room right next to the males changing room smells like an animal has died in it, then due to the fact I worked a short term contract, was retrenched, I had asked the front desk I'd like to settle, paid up,and a month later I start getting calls that I'm in arrears? After being told specifically that I'm all paid up, very unprofessional
