Elegant hotel on a 19th-century country estate with fine dining
Warm friendly staff, superb accommodation and grounds. The villa we had was enormous, exceptionally clean and made our stay. The location to the wine tram terminal is approximately 1 km, an easy walk if you want to do the wine experience. Highly recommend.
Absolutely faultless. Rooms are beautiful - mine was in the old perfume factory building, meticulously restored, spacious and comfortable, but retaining the old-world charm. Heated towel rail was handy, and the sitting area and balcony made for a particularly luxurious feel. Service - from housekeeping to reception to the restaurant staff were friendly, courteous, competent and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. There was a slight issue with our booking when we arrived which was resolved quickly and beyond our expectations. Location - perfect again. You can walk to town if you like, or there is a free on-demand shuttle. So it was convenient but peaceful and serene. Facilities - heated pool was a very comfortable temperature. Gardens were well-maintained, breakfast room and restaurant high-calibre, and there were great options for communal relaxation which we appreciated as a group of 6 travelling together.

World class dining options are available to locals and visitors alike. The scenery is quite breathtaking as you will be surrounded by the most spectacular mountains too 🔆🔥🍷
This is a very special place to stay. Nothing was too much trouble and staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and relax. Rooms are superb as is breakfast. Beautiful location and handy for walks or the trams. No hesitation to recommend this hotel- it’s as good as you will find. Thank you
