Elaine and Claudia at the Yoga Centre are brilliant teachers, wouldnt go anywhere else. The studio is calm, clean, and well kitted out. Highly recommended!

Claudia's studio is a beautiful and serene space in which to practice. She is a truly excellent teacher and her many years of experience make one feel nurtured and encouraged on the mat. I highly recommend her classes.

A lovely, intimate and well equipped studio. Ive loved classes with Riva here before and now feel privileged to join this gracious community as a fellow teacher. The space has a quiet serenity about it; a friendly haven for like-minded individuals to join in their pursuit of both physical and mental well-being.

Claudia’s classes are the most wonderful time you can give yourself every week. Claudia is relaxed, kind, knowledgeable whatever level you are,she will help you to be a better yoga student week by week. Classes are small, personal and meaningful, you could not be in better hands in your yoga journey. I highly recommend Claudia as a teacher and her classes for yoga.

This new studio is a lovely and welcoming space, providing a great setting for Claudia to continue her yoga classes. I’ve been going to her classes for over a year and appreciate Claudia’s gentle encouragement which comes with enough challenge to push me a little further each time. Classes are small so there’s plenty of individual attention and help to adapt poses to one’s own anatomy and ability.
